Member of the Council of Dhi Qar: the selection of new directors of departments will be out of the quota system

A member of the Board of the province of Dhi Qar Zia Ahadjima that the selection of new directors will be away from quotas and we will rely on the principle of efficiency and integrity,
noting that the governor opened the door to run in front of wanting to take over the five government departments management in accordance with the conditions and regulations legal.
Said Ahadjima's (IMN) that "the governor will be sent to the provincial council three figures for each department so that the Council read the curriculum vitae of each candidate and choose the best of them,
on condition that the applicant employees on the permanent staffing or the angel of the ministry, which returns her circle, and to have experience in their respective fields, and not have a criminal under ".
He added that "the governor Yahia Nasseri opened last Wednesday in front of the door to run who want to take over the management of the south-west networks and Real Estate Department of State and the Department of Health of Dhi Qar, and the Department of Labour and the Directorate of Water".
The President of the Council of the province of Dhi Qar Hamid Naeem Gazan earlier, referred 55 cases of corruption to the Integrity Commission under the reforms carried out by the Council package.
