Jubouri: security alliances need for parliamentary approval

House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri confirmed that Iraq welcomes all efforts of friends to help him in the face of the organization Daash, noting that this support must be within a legal framework.
Jubouri said that the parliament is the one who will decide the position of any coordination, however, a State or a new international hub, through the vote on the request of the Government note that the House of Representatives has not received any request to that effect.
He called deputies in the National Alliance, the federal government directing a request to Russia to take part in air strikes against al Daash in Iraq after the United States failed and the lack of seriousness in the target organization.
