He said the State of law Coalition Salih Mahdi Azzouz, Sunday, balancing 2016 will face big problems and challenges due to global oil prices decline and lack of access to full resolution of disagreements and the Centre region.
He said Azzouz's/information/, that "balance in 2016 is still debated and discussed at the Council of Ministers, did not end after differences between the territory and the Centre", believing that "the Cabinet would send the budget to the House as is."
He added that "if sent to the Chamber of Deputies, as it happened last year will face big problems, especially the House of representatives, and that the territory and the Government Center will not reach any solution on the amount of oil production and export, marketing and corporate benefits oil producers in the region."
