Kurdish lawmaker: I will not release a crisis region as long as all sides stick to their positions

{Baghdad: Euphrates News} MP from the Kurdistan Alliance Masood Haider, on Monday approved the lack of a breakthrough crisis region, due to the political parties stuck to their positions.
Haider said in a statement to the Euphrates News Agency {today} "I personally do not see any breakthrough in sight; because all the parties sticking to their views and there is a fundamental disagreement on the issue of presidency of the province."
He added, "The Democratic Party is sticking to remain confined to the powers in the person of president of the region," adding that "According to the Iraqi constitution, likes to be the powers of the president of the region of protocol and the distribution of powers between the state institutions, especially the head of the provincial government."
