Parliamentary Services Committee member confirmed the Princess, that the Government could provide jobs for the unemployed through various ways including external borrowing and inclusion within the foreign labour in the country, adding that the investment will create new jobs for young people.
Karim said that "the federal budget deficit for next year has pushed toward the lack of customizing functional degrees over the next year", stating that "passed the investment law will contribute substantially to creating new job opportunities for young Iraqis in projects being implemented in the country."
She is a member of the parliamentary services Committee that "the Government could provide jobs for the unemployed through multiple methods, reappointment is not required in the public sector, including foreign borrowing for employment", adding that "it is possible to put a certain percentage of jobs for Iraqis and their inclusion within the foreign employees working in Iraq".
The parliamentary Finance Committee member of Jabbar Abdel Khalek, confirmed earlier that the federal budget for next year 2016 include the absence of functional degrees over the next year ", stating that" there are 10,000 jobs for the Department of Defense as well as other functional degrees to higher education and only judicial Institute
