He added that the ministry lent within a community-based rehabilitation program during the same period the amount of one billion and 21 million and 550 thousand Iraqi dinars in three governorates (Babylon, and Karbala, and Nineveh) to alleviate the problem of unemployment and stimulate economic activity by making use of expertise and funds included in lending (125) in the province of Babylon, and (155) borrowers in the holy city of Karbala and (78) borrowers in Nineveh.
