Announced the Water Resources Department in Diyala province, on Friday, the start of Toary plan to immunize 84 km from the banks of the Tigris River in the province to avoid any potential flooding due to torrential rains, asserting that the plan axes will take different dimensions and will participate by humanitarian organizations. The Director of Water Resources in Diyala Hashim Zaini In an interview with Sama Baghdad's that "the crisis cell in Diyala held an expanded meeting under the chairmanship of Deputy Governor Sajid Anbuge and the membership of the central departments in order to discuss Toary plan to immunize 84 km from the banks of the Tigris River in the province of Diyala to avoid any possible floods in the coming period due to strong floods." He added Zinni that "of emergency plan to start working out in terms of identifying low places and work to create mechanisms and draw a road map for evacuation in case formed the risk of flooding on the lives of nearby villages."
