The integrity of Babylon transmit current and former governors to the criminal

Integrity referred the Court, yesterday, the Board of Governors of the current and former Babylon to the criminal court on corruption charges, and the latter issued a decision to imprison a member of the provincial council three years in prison for fraud.
The head of the resumption of Babylon Judge Haidar Abdul-Zahra, in a statement received (long-Presse) a copy of it, that "criminal Babylon Court sentenced severe imprisonment for a term of three years the right of the province of Babylon by Silverline Farhan after the crime fraud in accordance with Article 289 of the Penal Code," noting "The referee was in the presence of the convicted, who now resides in the reform."
He said Abdul-Zahra "The Court of integrity referred the governor of Babylon current Sadiq meaning and former Governor Mohammed al-Masoudi to the criminal court in accordance with Article 340 of the Penal Code on charges of corruption."
He pointed Judge Abdul-Zahra to " the arrest of each of the portfolio manager Hossam Ali Hadi and secretary of the governor just Abdalkazem Khalil, a member of the provincial council previously Aqil Abdul Hadi al-Silawi office on the basis of Article 340 of the Penal Code.
"The court of inquiry integrity in the province of Babylon, issued last September, orders to bring the governor of Babylon honest meaning Royal first, his deputy and Sam Aslan and former Governor Mohammed al-Masoudi because of charges of financial corruption, while decided to refer the former Inspector General of the Directorate of Municipalities of Babylon to a misdemeanor court.
It is noteworthy that the province of Babylon witnessing demonstrations and sit-ins weekly since more than a month demanding reforms and the provision of services, revealed financial and administrative corruption files since 2004 until now and to bring the thieves and the corrupt to justice.
