BAGHDAD / Obelisk: A study has shown that the Russian military budget declined during 2014 to fifth place in the list of major military budgets in the world from fourth place in 2013.
According to the estimate prepared by the Russian Center for Research on the arms trade, the United States remained in first place in the field of military expenditures in 2014, while China ranked second and replaced Saudi Arabia in third place, while Russia fell from fourth place in 2013 to fifth place, and replaced Britain in fourth place.
