Diyala governor: reconstruction plans ready for implementation and wait for the launch of money

The governor of Diyala Muthana al-Tamimi, the Sabbath, that the reconstruction of the liberated areas within the province plans ready for implementation months ago, explained that while the province awaiting release of funds for direct construction operations.
Tamimi said: The Government of Diyala formed ad hoc committees after a few weeks of the Declaration of the battle resolved with the organization Daash last January for the preparation of reconstruction and construction plans for all areas without exception, "explaining that" reconstruction plans ready months ago and all sectors.
He said al-Tamimi, sabotage and destruction that affected the rates of 80% of the infrastructure of basic services.
Tamimi said that the local government is waiting for the launch allocated for the reconstruction of the liberated areas in order to direct money rebuilding, plans.
He denied al-Tamimi, "the existence of any delay by the local government in accomplishing its obligations towards the liberated areas."
