Anbar Council: 2016 budget will not receive because they do not clog the magnitude of the devastation in the province

Anbar Provincial Council announced that the local government will not take over the province's budget, amounting to 160 billion dinars, noting that the size of the destruction of the governorate came because of the terrorist attacks and the need for the displaced.
The head of the Council morning Krhot in an interview with the (long-Presse) that "the Anbar province, which was allocated by the central government for the 2016 budget amounted to almost 160 billion dinars," noting that "the Government of Anbar refused received and will not be approved by the provincial council because they do not clog size what you need to maintain the reconstruction of infrastructure destroyed.
"He added that" last year's budget in 2015 amounted to 163 billion dinars Anbar government had not received them only 20 billion dinars, "noting that" the latter amount was allocated to support the displaced families inside and outside the province, "asserting that "the budget allocated to Anbar did not meet what we need of funds for reconstruction projects and the provision of services in the areas controlled by the security forces."
Krhot stressed that "the Anbar cities, mostly in need of reconstruction and rehabilitation after the destruction of infrastructure because of the terrorist attacks to organize Daash", referring to the "we need Anbar province, financial allocations, in order to support and assign displaced families," noting that "the number of displaced people in the province, more than a million displaced people, who are in the humanitarian, health under difficult circumstances."
