Iraq to Baghdad: do you have enough to clean up the capital imports

The Commission services on the Baghdad provincial Council on Sunday, having sufficient imports to Iraq allowed them to secure the capital stacked waste cleanup.
Said Ghaleb Al-zamily, in a press statement that "the accumulation of waste has increased recently in most areas of the capital, particularly in the alleys and streets", stating that "Baghdad has monthly and yearly continuous levies do not stop, and thus maximize their resources could be used in cleaning up the capital".
He added that "a number of investors have entered for investment in waste, but there is no good faith from Baghdad and other services to facilitate and give them the opportunity to benefit from this side."
Aydin pointed out the existence of "hidden hands in the country trying to impede investment in one form or another, put his foul legal, financial and routine", explaining that "If these actions we can clean up the capital quickly."
"Some funds go into the pockets of corrupt levies such as directors or heads of departments or tax officials", pointing to "a weakness in the Baghdad Monitoring and process control, and that they are not qualified and have failed in previous years."
