Government and Parliament are seeking to get rid of the financial burden of companies self-financing

"The committee came a point a new public budget which is to remove the restrictions that existed in the past to allow corporate employees to self-finance transport to other ministries to reduce the financial burden of the government."
He said punitive "The budget law for 2016 excludes corporate funding from the requirement age in the Unified Retirement Law, it shall be entitled to the staff of those companies who have completed 15 years in the service request assignment to retire."
That indicated to the member of the Committee of Economy and Investment parliamentary Nora Albjara to the existence of a large surplus of staff in the self-financing companies.
Albjara says for "official Iraqi News Agency," that "there are thousands of corporate self-financing should be transferred to other companies and ministries as competent and able to submit a request for referral to retirement who has 15 years service are available."
She added that there are "176 self-financing company in Iraq, spread over four ministries is to defend and municipalities, construction, industry, health, including 35 companies in the Ministry of Industry," pointing out that "the recent conducted the merging companies to reduce their expenditures on other ministries to hold it
