Haidari: UNHCR's need for more than six months to make any early elections

Twilight / detection President's High Commissioner for Elections, Thursday, that the Commission need more than six months to organize the process for holding early elections in the country, While he stressed that UNHCR has not approached from any point on that, describing words in the subject drainage media.
Faraj al-Haidari, said in an interview (twilight) that "the conduct of any election process in Iraq need mechanisms, laws and budget for their implementation, in addition to the need for more than six months to organize the process."
He added that "recently emerged as claims for early elections in the country and if some believe that the completion of the process of conducting requires a few days," stressing that "these leaks and statements are only for the conduct of the media and we do not adopt it."
Haidari and that "the Commission in the event of an election depends in Mkhatabatha the House of Representatives only, and then President of the Republic or the Prime Minister and through the House of Representatives as well."
