President Talabani calls for the preparation of a plan to invest in Iraq's oil wealth

Called on President Jalal Talabani to prepare a plan to invest oil wealth in the country that contributes to the prosperity and happiness to the general public. Talabani, during a meeting with Oil Minister Abdul Karim and coffee to discuss ways to develop the oil sector in the country and benefit from their resources vital to the reconstruction and advancement of infrastructure and pointed out the importance of the ratification of the draft law of oil and gas in the House of Representatives, also praised the efforts of the Ministry's policy for the development of industry and oil production
