Osman added: that Biden will hear during his upcoming visit to Erbil, the Kurds of a complaint does not allow the U.S. State Department to U.S. oil companies from investing in the region only after the approval of the authorities in Baghdad. But Osman said that the Americans against the Kurds, despite promises to the Kurds friends.
Osman also expressed regret at the lack of response Talabani and Barzani to prevent oil companies from investing in the Kurdish region.

The suicide bomber detonated a car bomb at a checkpoint in the town of Hit, west of Anbar, causing the death of one policeman and wounding four.
Also injured five people, including police officers have a bomb explosion at a security patrol as it passed in the town of Qaim, in the province of Anbar and adjacent to the Iraqi-Syrian border.
And another senior official in the Iraqi Oil Ministry when gunmen opened fire their weapons equipped with heaps of sound on his car in the Mansour district in west central area of Baghdad.
And injured at least four when a bomb planted on the road near the checkpoint of the army in the west of Mosul.
Police and hospital sources said a roadside bomb exploded near a police patrol, wounding four people including three policemen in the Shaab district of northern Baghdad.
