Barzani: control of the events of Dohuk is everyone's responsibility

Said Kurdistan Region President Masoud Barzani yesterday that the responsibility to protect the co-existence between the components of the region lies not with the government alone but is the responsibility of everyone in Kurdistan, according to a statement by the presidency of the region.
