Zobaie: unilateral decisions the most important reasons for concern of a security vacuum

Baghdad, 4 / 12: MP said the coalition in Iraq, Hamid Zobaie that "the private executive power in decision-making is one of the most important reasons for concern from a security vacuum in the post-American withdrawal from the country." Zobaie and explained that "the concern of the consequences of a security after the withdrawal of U.S. forces is not limited to the political class, but now are the concern of all classes of people, and this concern is increasing in private under the executive authority in its decisions." He said the "results of individual decisions to the executive security ministries remain vacant, despite the passage of two years of recent elections, thus making this issue citizen's fear of the security vacuum after the American withdrawal." And on the likelihood of regional interference in Iraq after the withdrawal Zobaie said that "if there is a specific intervention by any country in the affairs of another country, the interference occurs through the same authority to allow to happen, and it is also one of the results of autocratic decision." And added that "this intervention will not happen by any country if there is a regional consensus between the political blocs and between the legislative, executive, even if there was interference and it would be a simple intervention has no effect, and the monopoly in decision-making may cause an increase in concerns of regional countries intervene in Iraq. "
