Ashour: Any agreement between Baghdad and Washington must be guaranteed exit from Chapter VII

Baghdad (news) .. the Iraqi List, said adviser Hani Ashour said that any agreement had expected the Iraqi government with the U.S. administration on military cooperation and to keep the coaches or the U.S. forces in Iraq, means that Iraq has no national sovereignty, unless it is out of Chapter VII.
