{Baghdad} Euphrates News revealed a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee Faleh applicable for a talk going on in the corridors of the House of Representatives to collect signatures in order to reduce the proportion of the financial budget of the Kurdistan region to 12 per cent or 13 per cent instead of 17.

He said in effect that "the Constitution stipulates that the financial budget should be distributed according to population ratios and the proportion of deprivation."
