A speech from Al-Kazemi's advisor regarding the file of unemployed graduates
money and business
Economy News - Baghdad
The financial advisor to the Prime Minister, Mazhar Muhammad Salih, revealed, on Sunday, a vision to address the file of the unemployed from graduates of governmental and private colleges and institutes.
Saleh said, "The next ten-year program for the development of Iraq and building its renaissance must take in its priorities the priority of hiring the most educated human energies represented by graduates of institutes and colleges as a first priority in work by virtue of the cost of investing in Iraqi human capital."
He pointed out, "The priority should be to appoint these people when operating projects, whether those promoted by the state through its investments or through the private sector, which receives government support in financing and investment."
He added, "The other thing to address this crisis is linking graduates to a national retirement fund when they are employed, similar to the fund for teachers in private colleges.
This was considered an encouraging package in ensuring the sustainability of the operation of the most educated energies in our country."
Saleh added, in a statement to the official news agency, that "a digital database of the unemployed graduates is necessary, classified according to specializations and their spatial distribution."
