Baghdad, December 9 (Rn) - The Iraqi Ministry of Planning and Federal, on Friday, they formally asked the Organization of Economic Development for Western Asia (Alausko) to provide international Mhaorén to assist in the implementation of projects and service development.
The Minister of Planning Ali Shukri, told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the Ministry of Planning and Development Cooperation requested from the Organization of Economic Development (Alausko) help Iraq provide Mhaorén helping ministries and experts in the planning and implementation of projects."
He added that "Iraq does not need money, but need to follow the planning and implementation of projects in the service and development ministries."
He said, "Iraq needs the support of human capacity in the ministries and improve the administrative aspects of the staff of ministries and independent bodies."
The value of the 2012 budget approved by the government last Monday (5/12/2012) 100 billion, a deficit of up to $ 13.5 billion, and focused on the energy sector and oil phase first, and then the security sector, and then the education sector, education and health.
