The Chairman of the Committee, MP Hussein Arab, said during a press conference held in the Parliament Building, and was attended by a correspondent of the Shafaq News Agency, that the
House of Representatives voted on Article 32 first and second, which concerns the national and local industry, giving some privileges to government and mixed companies, and exempting some customs matters from the raw materials included in the Iraqi industries.
Arabs added that Article 32 Second obliges all ministries and institutions that are not related to the Ministry, Governorates and Sectors to buy their needs from the national local industry and the mixed private and government sector. He added, that
