Head of business in the Middle Euphrates provinces to create an Iraqi bank, Azzam said Ali Hadi "met with Turkish Trade Minister and got approval for the establishment of an Iraqi Turkish Commercial Bank so that by moving funds between Turkish and Iraqi businessmen."

Azzam said in the interview "raised several proposals including creation of Iraqi-Turkish Chamber of Commerce and activated for follow-up to Turkish companies operating in Iraq and good implementation of projects in addition to pursuing Turkish companies operating in Iraq and the Turkish Government has officially registered and do not allow phantom companies so as not to be a point on the Turkish Government and Turkish businessmen, as well as the establishment of Turkish Iraqi cooperation Council and this Council functions through organizing conferences and continuing between Iraqi businessmen and Turkish investors and their ticket, as well as access to companies Turkish Iraqi business directory and view the Turkish companies to be informed directly by tenders and business, as well as raising the flag on to Turkey like Syria and Iran that Iraq was importing import volume from Turkey over seven billion and a half. Iraqi delegation consisting of 150 businessmen from all governorates of Iraq and the Turkish companies will exhibit in the next month in Najaf.
