Damaged oil pipeline in Basra repaired

BASRA / Aswat al-Iraq: The Iraqi Oil Ministry announced today that the South Oil Company was able to repair the damaged pipelines, following last week's explosion.
Oil Ministry Spokesman Assim Jihad told Aswat al-Iraq that the company was obliged to shift the transporting line in order not to lose oil quantities before the repairs were complete.
He added that the repair operation was completed in a short time, and 100 percent by Iraqi cadres.
