Parliamentary Defence confirms that security can not be achieved without human development

A member of the Commission on Security and Defence parliamentary Chuan Mohamed Taha's "Twilight News" that "bring security and maintenance requires the cooperation between citizens and security forces, and can not be achieved without the cooperation of the promotion of human development."
He explained that "security is not measured by the ability and power, but efficient, and asked the Government to change its strategy according to the security perspective."
