Magazine quoted (names) weekly on Saturday, Iranian Oil Minister Rustam Ghasemi statement that oil prices would exceed $ 200 a barrel, if sanctions are imposed a foreign country's oil exports because of its nuclear activities .

In view of the statement, Reuters quoted him as saying to the magazine, "without doubt, will increase the price of oil significantly if sanctions are imposed on our oil ... will exceed at least $ 200 a barrel. "

I agree....Oil would spike, and maybe to $150 or so, but only temporary. As soon as one of our U.S. Navy Destroyers takes out there 50 foot plastic fishing boats, then we'd see it fall again....the whole process would last about 2 weeks.

I'm affraid if oil spikes, it will take some time before comes back down.. Taking out there 50 foot plastic fishing boats will only cause oil to stay high..

War is not the answer..

Iran has got away with their terrorist behavior long enough. The free world has ingored them thinking that Russia and China would take care of them. NOT!

If they close or try to close the straits, the free world and the closed world will not allow it. Whatever happens to Iran will be at their hands not ours. If they want a nuke war then they will get it. War will not solve all of the problems but it makes free folks strong and terrorist and cowards weak!
