Called on the Minister of Planning Ali Shukri, during the opening of departments of the ministry compound in the province of Basra to the restoration of the relationship between the ministries and provinces hit by great damage in the previous phase in order to provide better services to citizens and faster completion of projects.
Basra's governor took the opportunity to celebrate the announcement of the assignment to the project eight hundred specialized companies for the purpose of completion, indicating an attempt to maintain benefit from the mistakes of the past not to refer the project to the companies that are not eligible as described.
It is noted that local governments often accused of lack of central government budget allocations to the provinces annual laden with ministries responsible for the reluctance to complete projects that requires a fresh start to relations between the Centre and the provinces which gives more powers to local governments, according to observers.
