Said a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Haitham al-Jubouri that the grades $ 59 thousand for the year 2012 will be mostly civilian by 92% and the rest military contrary to what it was in the previous year by 72% of which was devoted to the military sector.
He said in a press statement yesterday that "the largest percentage of the shares of grades and distributed for Education, a total of 18 thousand degrees and 15 thousand for the health of 15 000 and to the military." He added that he Jubouri: "During this budget, allocations to the provinces was increased by 35% from the previous year and give more powers to the governor to support local governments." He said: "Iraq has improved security and military formations almost completed making committees for determining the budget go to support the civilian sectors of interest and part in the intelligence, the army."
He noted that the budget agreed by all the political blocs and there are some technical objections controlled, and expected to end the second reading in parliament session today.
