Baghdad {: News} Euphrates denied a member of the parliamentary Finance Committee Haitham Jubouri, cancel the increase in the salaries of retirees, and said he was postponing the implementation of the law to increase the salaries of retirees while achieving financial abundance in the operating budget.
Jubouri said, told {Euphrates News} on Saturday that "the Finance Committee formed a sub-committees parliamentary coordinating the work on the law of increase of pensions with state commissions, but the International Monetary Fund during the recent meetings expressed strongly rejected to increase the operating budget."

The Finance Minister Rafie al-Issawi, said in an earlier statement that the balance of 2012 will not see any increase on the salaries of employees or retirees, pointing out that the issue of increases in salaries of the most important files objectionable International Monetary Fund.
