He explained that "the conferences and the conclusion of the previous agreements are the best witness on this issue."
The political process is witnessing strained against the backdrop of the withdrawal of the list MPs and ministers of the Iraqi House of Representatives, Ministers and the issuance of an arrest warrant for Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi and asked Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the withdrawal of confidence from his deputy, Saleh al-Mutlaq, in addition to the deteriorating security situation
