Al-Bayati: investment, services and reinforcing the ration card and the most important priorities in the budget

BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: MP from the coalition of state law, Abbas al-Bayati, Sunday, that the files of investment, services and armed, and the ration card is the most important priorities that should be discussed in Parliament on the draft general budget for the year 2012 in front of him before now.
He said al-Bayati told (Voices of Iraq) announced today that "the public budget balance and promising the four priorities the task should be discussed during the passing of the law," noting that "the investment budget of the most important priorities that should be discussed, as well as the issue of the service sector is important and must be provided for the Iraqi people."
He added, "There must be no emphasis on the importance of arming the army and police so that you can do the job," noting that "the ration card is also an important priority should be discussed during the budget to support and improve quality."
The House of Representatives, has ended last Tuesday, the first reading of a bill going forward public in 2012 after a heated debate province saw the Iraqi bloc and the objections by the Kurdistan Alliance List on the statements made by a member of the state law against the President, Jalal Talabani, postponed the second reading of the draft budget, which was scheduled Thursday to Saturday.
The government decided to bring the federal budget to the House of Representatives last month after reducing the value to 115 trillion dinars to reduce the deficit for the initial bill.
The draft law on the federal budget for 2012, the former was decided to allocate $ 131 trillion Iraqi dinars (112 billion dollars) in total federal counterbalance an increase of 36% from last year's deficit of $ 20 billion.

"We therefore should not be fumbling of this issue this administrative contexts, necessary and important and there is no entitlement to any diminution of any component."
The Minister of Planning Ali Shukri told a news conference in Najaf on Thursday that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki appointed him as minister of planning, acting as Magtah the current minister of finance Rafie al-Issawi of the Council of Ministers after the decision of the Iraqi coalition County Council last month.
Participated Minister Ali Shukri in his capacity as acting finance minister in the parliamentary session yesterday to discuss the budget and answered questions a number of deputies around, and decided at the meeting that the Finance Committee of Parliament to submit a detailed report on the budget includes the views of the different blocks during the budget discussion at the meeting on Monday .
