National Council of the uprising in Iraq, one of branches of the movement of the popular uprising, he called himself an opponent civilians politically, asserting that the opposition is political civil and not armed. For his part, General Supervisor of the National Council of the uprising in Iraq, Abu spondylitis Shammari that there about 14 movement, civil and political unnamed joined the National Council of the uprising in Iraq in order to participate in the project opposition to the government .
