2 - farm associations: Association of farming known as an agricultural organization with independent judicial personality, economic, social and professional seeking to serve its members, and farm associations composed of associations created by individuals or associations of the two associations shared one or more professional societies. And farm associations formed a union known as the (General Federation of Agricultural Cooperative Associations) and has its own law known as (the law of the peasant associations).
3 - Scientific Societies: means the Scientific Society of each Society Foundation practicing scientific activities in the area of competence as the setting of research and studies, organizing seminars, meetings and scientific conferences or contribute to, and collect and document information and exchange news, experiences and publications and the collection and compilation of information from specialists within and outside the country, all that would care and develop competence. They are subject to the law of scientific societies No. 55 of 1981 and under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

The important question what it is - now - the legal reference for the Iraqi associations mentioned above?
Indeed, some societies still do not have the Iraqi's authority clear legal, but its terms of reference are different legal and some without interference with the terms of reference in this regard.
The council decision No. (3) for the year 2004 stipulated in paragraph (I: - solved the governing bodies of federations, trade unions and professional organizations and associations other than charitable ones)
This means that all associations except the charity of which must be subject to temporary procedures for the ministerial committee overseeing the implementation of the council decision No. (3) for the year 2004 in terms of elections to the management after the resolution of this resolution, whether they have special laws, such as cooperative societies or associations, agricultural or any association with a special law.
