Baghdad (AIN) –The Central Criminal Court issued a sentence of life in prison on a convicted for belonging to The Terrorist Qaeda Organization.
The Supreme Judiciary Council reported in statement to All Iraq News Agency (AIN) on Wednesday "The Central Criminal Court issued a sentence of life in prison for a criminal accused of being a member of the Terrorist Qaeda Organization."
The statement added, "The convicted confessed during the investigations that he was a member of the (Madena Monaura) battalion within al-Mustafa Army and he was assigned to collect donations from citizens and delivered it to terrorists in order to finance the terrorist operations that he was conducting in Mosul city."
The statement continued, "The collected evidences and the criminal confessions were enough to arrest him according to the article (4) of Anti- Terrorism law In order to give him a second chance to reform his life in the future." \ End\
