NA meets to discuss dispute with Allawi

Baghdad (NINA) – Leader of the National Alliance (NA), Ibrahim al-Jafari, chaired on Sunday evening, June 19, a meeting of the Allince discussing the political situation and dispute with Iraqi National Accord, headed by Iyad Allawi, and means to find a suitable solution as well as following up implementing the disputed points in Massoud Barazani’s the initiative.
A statement by the NA said, “The meeting held with the attendance of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and representatives of all NA’s blocs, discussing the political process and evaluating the 100 days deadline for the cabinet’s performance, set by PM Nuri al-Maliki.
The statement pointed out that the meeting came out with the opinion that the experiment was positive resulted in activating the ministries’ performance in providing services and planning.
The statement concluded that the meeting stressed the necessity to finalize the issue of security ministries as soon as possible.[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
