UNDP-Iraq is seeking for a Contractor to provide technical assistance to the Government of Iraq to develop and implement a pilot e-service systems based on Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)-based business process design approach to assure fast scaling and quick wins for e-government.
To this respect, a workshop shall be conducted with the targetted parners to transfer the knowledge on architechs SOA-BPM design and implementation principles by the Contractor. The Contractor is also expected to work hand-by-hand with the workshop participants to lead the development and implementation of a targeted quick win applications.
