First oil center in Thi Qar province by Japan

THI QAR / Aswat al-Iraq: The Japanese Ambassador to Iraq today signed a contract to establish the first oil training center in Thi Qar province.
The center will accommodate 800 students with a cost of 380,000 dollars, within the grant submitted to the Iraqi government.
Ambassador Su Hasigawa expressed to Aswat al-Iraq his happiness for the ability to grant such assistance to the province.
The Director General of Millennium Organization, who are set to implement the project, said to Aswat al-Iraq that the center will offer courses in electricity, sewing, English language and internet, "but the courses will be changed according to local need and those of the oil companies".
