Council rejects the proposal of Saladin Talabani to the demarcation of provincial boundaries
Council announced the Salah al-Din, Sunday rejected a draft resolution re-demarcation of the border between the provinces proposed by President Jalal Talabani, considering an input step of tearing, as pointed out that such attitudes are a reflection of the reality of the political process in the country.
