Talabani approved the budget, which is outside of Iraq

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates approved by President Jalal Talabani on the financial budget for the current year in spite of traveling out of Iraq for treatment.
A statement by the Presidency of the Republic "Based on what passed the House and in accordance with the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article (73) of the Constitution decided to President of the Republic on 3.7.2012 version of the law of the financial budget number (22 ) for the year 2012. "
And only the reasons for approving the budget, saying that "in order to ratify the Federal budget of the Republic of Iraq for the fiscal year 2012 began this law."
The President Jalal Talabani left Iraq on Monday to the United States for the purpose of conducting examinations and treatment.
Mention that there are many problematic about the budget, notably the issue of armored cars of the deputies and insisted that resentment widely in the Iraqi street.
And intends to appeal the Council of Ministers of Finance budget in federal court because of "the constitutional violations," he said.

You look relaxed sitting in the chair looking out behind the boat.
