Erbil, March 22 (Rn) - quoted by a Reuters news UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Thursday, saying that the UN Security Council sent a clear message to Syria to end the violence and the call to start a dialogue between the government and the opposition.
Ban said in a speech in Kuala Lumpur, capital of Malaysia "expressions clear and unambiguous Security Council called for an immediate end to all acts of violence and violations of human rights."
He added, "he demanded safe access for humanitarian agencies and comprehensive political dialogue between the government and all spectrums of the Syrian opposition."
