The Secretary-General of the Arab League Nabil Arab dismay of Iraqi Trade Minister Khairallah Babiker during a meeting of trade ministers and Arab money.

A source from inside the conference hall, told all of Iraq [where] the day that "Dr. Nabil el-Arabi, and expressed his annoyance threshold of Iraqi Trade Minister that the name of the Secretary-General [Nabil] without having inflicted only in Arabic."

Noted that the meeting of ministers of finance and the economy headed by the Arabs, Iraqi Trade Minister Khairallah Babiker began his afternoon in the Ishtar Hotel in downtown Baghdad on the sidelines of the Arab summit.
