Substantial differences between Maliki and Khuzaie about protocols and receive delegations of the Arab summit

Sources close to the Office of the Vice President Dr. Khudair Khuzaie the Shatt al-Arab News Agency said there were major differences between Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and Vice President of the Republic Khudair Khuzaie on how to receive the delegations of the Arab summit.
Where it was agreed that the leaders will be received by Dr. Khudair Khuzaie at the airport without a national anthem is then the official reception at the Presidential Palace by President Jalal Talabani.
But later may have been changed the protocol agreed by the Prime Minister, insisted al-Maliki on the need to receive the leaders before him personally at the airport with the national anthem and to be the reception of delegations in the gate of the presidential palace by Dr. Khuzaie and escort them to be the official reception to them by the President Jalal Talabani.
The sources said that this is a major cause of disquiet to Dr. Khudair Khuzaie Vice President of the Republic, which is the highest degree in terms of the protocol rules for the Prime Minister.
