Conclusion of the 23 Arab League summit in Baghdad

BAGHDAD - Babinaoz (Reuters) - Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari said in a joint press conference with Secretary General of the Arab League, Arab noble conclusion of the 23 Arab League summit.
Zebari said that the summit was a success from all aspects of security, logistical and technical level of representation, participation and the nature of the subjects before it, which raised for the first time an Arab summit.
Zebari refused to confirm or deny reports of a rocket in the vicinity of the summit hall meetings held during the day.
He said in response to a question on this matter "did not hear this sort of thing and may have occurred, but no one turned to him."
The Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said in his speech that characterized Baghdad summit of the importance of space and time.
He added that the Arab summit held the advantage in the privacy of being the most difficult stages, "noting that the convergence of the Arabs in Baghdad was an impossible dream less than three years because of the conditions that we experienced.
For his part, said Yemeni Foreign Minister Abu Bakr al in his speech "Yemen has provided a model for countries in overcoming their difficulties because of living conditions and unemployment, which was a reason to destabilize the security and stability."
He noted that the transition period in Yemen will be extended for two years, thanking all who contributed to the Arab brothers in resolving the crisis of Yemen, stressing his country's support for the Syrian people's aspirations for change and hoped "to put an end to the river of blood Syrian Aziz and the adoption of dialogue that saves to Syria's security, stability and formulation of future you want" .
He said the Moroccan Foreign Minister Saad Eddin Ottoman Arab summit in Baghdad is a good chance, calling to make the protection of human rights among the orientations of joint Arab action.
He said in his speech, "We must hold a summit Magharebia in Tunis," pointing out that Morocco, which has been engaged for decades in the Arab League was based on political and economic openness and the consolidation of the right and the law.
He reiterated Morocco's position that rejects all manifestations of underdevelopment in the Arab region and seeking to build an effective and renewed and encourage investment and taking into account the specificities and the elements of each country.
