Talabani: Iraq will be keen to follow up the implementation of decisions contained in the Declaration of Baghdad

Baghdad {: News} Euphrates said President Jalal Talabani said that "Iraq will be keen to follow up the implementation of decisions contained in the Declaration of Baghdad this historic document that must be our guide in the coming period."
He said a presidential statement today that "Talabani sent a telegram reply to President Abdelaziz Bouteflika on the occasion of congratulations received by the summit of the 23 Arab League in Baghdad."
The statement quoted Talabani as saying in the telegram "I received your letter, however, gratitude stones, which included the convening of the session Thanekm exclusive 23-Council of the League of Arab States at summit level in Baghdad."
He added, "While we appreciate the compelling circumstances that prevented you from participating in this meeting, the Arab is important, we thank you for sending Abdul Qader Bin Saleh, President of the National Assembly to represent your brother in it, and has led the task best performance and was the best envoy and a representative of your Excellency."
"As far as the summit proof of Iraq's recovery and restore the position and role among his brothers, he also became an important forum to discuss developments super important in our region, and expressed his full support to the aspirations of peoples to freedom, democracy and yearning for justice and equality."
He pointed out that "enhanced cooperation and coordination among Arab countries members of the university tomorrow urgent demand and need to improve our countries and to respond to the demands of our peoples and benefits the current stage."
He explained, "we will work vigorously and was keen to document and expand the historical ties that bind us with your brother who supported us and Akpna and valiant struggle for independence, and to build a democratic society and to achieve development and prosperity." Ended
