Kurdish MP confirms formation of permanent negotiating committee to contact central government

Baghdad (NINA) - MP from the Kurdish Alliance, Qasim Muhammad Qasim, stressed "the formation of a permanent negotiating committee to contact central government.
Website of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan quoted him as saying in a statement today "after the formation of the new Kurdistan Regional Government under the leadership of Neijervan Barzani, the formation of a permanent negotiating committee was announced to contact the Federal Government. A delegation from the Committee is due to visit Baghdad in the next few days to start negotiations with officials in the central government."
For his part, MP from the National Alliance, State of Law Coalition, Haitham Al Jubouri, announced his welcome, to the website, of the visit of the delegation and the NA support for any effort to resolve political crises.
Relations between central government and KRG witnessed tension regarding the production and export of oil, as well as other issues concerning the application of the Erbil agreement terms. /End/
