Nujeifi denounces the Taji crime, calls on security forces to carry out their role

Baghdad (NINA) – Parliament Speaker, Osama Al Nujeifi, denounced the bloody bombings in Taji District today targeting the city council of Taji, killing and injuring tens of civilians.
In a statement issued by his office, Nujeifi expressed his “concern over the increasing criminal operations targeting civilians and governmental buildings without any procedures that could foil these attacks.”
He stressed the necessity that “security systems should carry out their true role that is facing up to these operations and limit them, in addition to quickly and seriously deal with these repeated violations,” demanding to unveil the results of the investigations in the attacks that happened earlier.
