...a good dose of the reality we hate to consider. Imo, we have a long wait ahead of us but the next few months could be very telling.

of course they r limit to only deal with surrounding countries they need to rv Good article to me . 4 one they need to get on with this plan now. Beganing with econimic and they need to revalue to start doing that . this is not a bad article it is a plan for 5 yrs but revalue is the start of this plan. IMO Revalue is the beganning of this plan Very Happy Cool

Maybe they will take this as a motivator to get it moving , Sometimes .... or most of the time a little dose of not so fast and get to work from the boss gets things into perspective.

Iraq can't belong to the WTO without revaluing (raising) their currency. Yesterday Shabibi VOWED to do so....but he's waiting for a fully formed government....and to get rid of Maliki, I'm sure. Shabibi can only pull the trigger after the GOI is completed and it can only be done if they implement Erbil so that the power sharing can take place (get Maliki out of the way), announce their Strategic Ministers to form a full government.

Today some are calling for the "transitional government" and al-Sadr seems to want Jaarafi to take Maliki's place.

Also, the WTO has been passed the international laws, Kuwait's been handled and, with a single window system, investors can get visas in less than 48 hours to invest now. The banks are ready to go international with the maritime cable.
US forces aren't there either...they've been working on a free trade global economy which is their biggest incentive. I doubt if all requirements have been made they'll get in.

I believe it's coming...watch for Talabani to announce the NC and the rest will follow including the WTO.
