Baghdad, June 5 (Rn) - The parliamentary committee tasked with investigating the disappearance of the subject of money from the Development Fund for Iraq on Thursday, said the investigation is still ongoing without access to the results, indicating that the investigation is limited in the 2004-2005 period has shown the presence of U.S. civil administrator Paul Bremer in the country .
Iraqi authorities say the money spent from the "Development Fund for Iraq," the U.S. government to act by the commissioner after 2003 and believes that its fate is unknown.
U.S. officials acknowledged last June disappearance of $ 6.6 billion from the fund the reconstruction of Iraq, but Iraqis say that about $ 17 billion lost by American institutions.
