Egypt’s Prime Minister postpones his visit to Baghdad till after Fitr Eid

Baghdad (NINA) – Egypt’s Prime Minister, Issam Shara, announced that he has postponed his visit to Baghdad, due in by the mid of the current month on the invitation of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, until after the Fitr Eid.
In a statement to the press after visiting on Tuesday, July 12, the Arab League’s headquarters to congratulate the League’s new Secretary General, Dr. Nabil al-Arabi, on his new post, Shara said that the reason for postponing the trip is due to Egypt’s current situation that requires him to remain around.
As for the new date of his visit to Iraq, Sharaf said that it will either be in mid Ramadan or after the Fitr Eid.
